sunday!

I can't believe the weekend is already over! I had such a fun time, it really flew by. I hung out with some friends I haven't seen in a while, started on a new hobby, drank tequila (one shot was enough) and of course relaxed. 

Today I made my first batch of red velvet cupcakes from scratch, using this recipe from Bakerella.com. I still have to perfect the frosting, since I dropped way more vanilla extract in the recipe than it called for. I will post pics the second time around.

Going to catch up on the rest of the Oscars now.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.
