milani rose hip

In desperate need of a winter pick-me-up color, I headed out on a hunt for a bright fuschia-pink and found it with Milani Rose Hip. 


I haven't worn this brand in ages, but after I read about it being a good MAC Pink Pigeon dupe, I decided to try it out and I am so happy I did. 

It's a beautiful bright shade, with no shimmer. It's a bit frosty and is highly pigmented - two layers is really all you need..the downside is it's not matte, like Pink Pigeon, and has that waxy synthetic drugstore taste. It's not extremely long wear, for me it wore off in about 2-3 hours, but for $6 it's a keeper!
